Board of Elections
The Board of Elections handles the results on election night and compiles those results for public view.
The Fire and Building Codes department oversees code enforcement in Wyoming County.
This department oversees civil service in Wyoming County.
The county clerk is an elected position established by the New York State Constitution to serve and perform all duties as required by law as Registrar of the County.
The County Insurance Department oversees various employee benefit programs such as - health insurance, dental insurance, disability insurance and county retiree health insurance programs. The County Insurance Department also administers the Self-Funded Workers’ Compensation Program. This program covers the County employees, as well as the employees of the Town, Villages, two School Districts and Fire Departments within the County.
The Office of the Wyoming County District Attorney does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability and age in the delivery of services to victims of crime.
