    9. Brief students/participants concerning training evolution, safety measures, and facility SOG*

    11. Read the following to all participants:

      "THIS IS A DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE TRAINING EVENT. ANY PARTICIPANT APPEARING TO BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE, AND MAY BE ESCORTED OFF THE TRAINING FACILITY PROPERTY BY LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL
